Website purpose

This website introduces service enquiry categories for 25TH HOUR, trading as 25TH HOUR.

No service commitment

Descriptions help visitors structure service enquiries. They do not confirm availability, transit time, price, insurance, customs outcome or cargo acceptance. A draft or enquiry reference is not a booking, waybill or shipment reference.

Bookings

Movements require provider validation, cargo review, written quotation, accepted terms and booking confirmation. Restrictions, declared value, liability, insurance, payment, cancellation and claims conditions must be agreed before movement.

Quote information

No market rates are published. Pricing must be reviewed for actual cargo, route, handling, capacity and service scope. Duties, taxes and third-party charges must be identified in written quotations.

Website use

Use lawfully. Do not submit malicious content, unauthorised personal data or sensitive information. Supporting documents cannot be uploaded in this release.
