This notice covers the current website of 25TH HOUR, trading as 25TH HOUR.
Booking and enquiry records
When the API server is active, booking requests and enquiries are transmitted to the same-origin server and stored in its database for operational review. Contact details, shipment requirements, notification preferences, messages, recorded events and uploaded documents form part of the service record. A successful receipt means the request was stored; it does not mean a movement has been accepted.
Private tracking access
The booking reference and access token permit shipment lookup. Tokens are removed from the address fragment after loading and are not saved in browser storage. Keep the private link secure. Email verification confirms control of the contact email before eligible notifications are released.
Information requested
Name, company, email, phone and shipment requirements help structure an enquiry. Do not enter sensitive identity, financial or medical information.
Use of your information
Records support enquiry review, booking coordination, shipment updates, customer messages, document access and notification preferences. Chosen notification channels may use configured external delivery providers. Do not supply information unnecessary for the shipment enquiry. Retention, privacy contact and any international transfer arrangements must be disclosed in the operator’s applicable service privacy information.
Cookies and analytics
The operator console uses a server-managed session cookie for authentication. This release contains no third-party analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Hosting may record technical request logs under configured policies. Analytics must be disclosed before enabling collection.
Your choices
You can leave a form without submitting. Use your verified booking contact for access assistance, contact corrections or a privacy request. Service and record retention requirements may apply. No payment card information is requested.
